I talked to JT about gaining fats and …. the unlikely subject, sports.
As u all know, i have tried all kinds of weight gain methods, but all the same. And also consulted the grandmaster Sx who enlightens me with a few tips. More oil and more sugar! Thats the key to success! However, i feel i cannot swallow that due to my tastebuds.
Now comes along JT, he tells me a trialed and proven method, which is to drink a cup of cereal everyday, in fact 2 a day. Once in the morning and once at night. He says he gained 7 kg in 6mths. WOW. Thats somegay. Equavialent to 1 kg per mth! He says a skinny girl tried his method and did weight gain, but stopped and weight dropped. But im not too convinced this time round by him, i tried everything, including cereals before, (but not on a daily basis) So my answer is , different ppl acts to different stimulus, ur method might not work on all, since different build. Anyway thats not too much of a problem, i dont care too much on weight gain nowadays, out of the window.
Which brings me to a yearning question. As u might know, i feel very aching and tired after a good badminton game. I treat the game seriously, and hopes to improve on my game every lesson. Sometimes i do give 100% , sometimes i give 10%. I feel the game is really fun and gives a sense of satisfaction, somewat like playing Warcraft. You feel great when u win, however i feel good when i lose. I believe losing gives u more to learn then winning could. And wat i always say, u know why u cannot win? Because u havent lose enough yet. So i believe my direction is correct.
However, there is this problem that on post-game, or after day effects is Cui. I feel lathgatic(dont know how to spell) , sleepy, hand pain, leg pain, buttock pain. everywhere muscle ache. Its normal no doubt, looking at my fitness. Looking at my second sport, gym. I like the very much. I dont enjoy the sport, its kinda boring, look at guys, lift weights, 2 hrs , never talk, go home. But the aftermath of the feeling is great. I feel KOTH, positive, i feel more mana and energy, better, and more 精神. I wake up better and more refreshed the next day. Although muscle still aches, but i kinda liked that ache.
I told Sx about this before probably and his answer is , wao i feel so refreshed after game of badminton. (holy my fan ceiling looks like its going to fall as i type o.O) Muscle ache, but i like the feeling. Hmm, so guess wats JT’s answer? All readers reading pls give a comments whether u agree True, or False.
JT: “ You know its wat anot. It means ur not suitable for it. Your body is telling u sub-consciously that u cannot take it. Its not good for u. Thats why on the other hand u do exercise u feel good. Because you can take it and suitable for it.”
mE: ” but my friend can take it lei.”
JT: “he is suitable for it mah. Your subconcious mind will tell u something but always u will be affected by ur conscious mind. Your conscious mind will tell u to DO IT because its influenced by eternal factors ( holy the fan ) to tell u keep doing it. External factors may be anything.”
mE : Is it, got meh. I dont think got any factors affecting me.
JT: Got one only u dont know it.
mE: But i really enjoy playing it. Im so happy.
JT: yes u happy its one thing, whether ur body can take it is another thing. Actually 你的心 is telling u to stop.
Hmm, wat u think ? After he tell me all that, i decided liao. I going to buy new racket. ROFL. Not that i think he is talking rubbish or wat. But i research racket quite long for myself.
So now, i heard yy got some emo. After hearing maybe 1% of wat he wants to say on mobile MSn, i kinda got the picture. So … my advice is,
actually ur still very young. (holy my fan my fan… i shouldnt have pulled it) Older u get , more money. Older by 2 years? even more money. Of course u can start now still, just that there will be more obstacles to hurdle through. Jump lo. Tired tired lo. Everything do, got one positive and negative bah. Actually i have a case study at workplace.
ccby? u found the One Sadface in ur life. Can i say i laughed quite alot when u said “when i say climb Mount UluUlu, she say she afraid of heights.” LMAFOAMIGO. I think u should ask her wat else she afraid of before u do anything, if that doesnt work still, maybe she is a world class pilot.
Sx ? ur not emo like me. And u can play more badminton. Become a world class calibre, improve to greatness. Ok la i also less emo. Can u pls pass me the movies? The recent 127 hrs sounds good also.
mE? i think i got no life. Its ok, im getting used to it liao. KP-ing less. Off day dont go out its ok. Everything dont go out lo. Less tired. Reserve more energy for work. Sleep early. Nowadays dont know why i so hard to wake up at 8am. like sleep 7-8hrs still not enough.

Go plan a hoilday la, go relax. Talk . Sing Kbox also can, but too short. Hoilday can relax on the beach for 3 days, go massage. swee. enjoy life.
